The DoIT Help Desk does not support inquiries related to U-Connect, as they have their own technical support services. The WTCS Board and the Board of Regents entered into a data exchange agreement in 2001 to allow the UWSystem to track transfer students from WTCS institutions, assess the outcomes of these students, and identify potential areas for new transfer students. Awarding more than 37,000 degrees annually, the universities are Wisconsin’s talent pipeline, putting graduates in position to increase their earning power, contribute to their communities, and make Wisconsin a better place to live.
